IDsys OÜ., reg. No. 11716262 is committed to protecting the privacy of customers and users. Based on this, we have developed these privacy policy principles that address the collection, use, disclosure, transmission, and storage of customer data. Our activities on the internet comply with all relevant activities and European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the privacy policy, the customer gives IDsys OÜ consent to process their data. Consent may always be withdrawn by making a written application in a format which can be reproduced in writing.

Personal data is information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an individual. IDsys OÜ collects and processes it to perform a contract with the individual, contact them, and meet legal obligations.

Use and storage of collected personal data

We use the collected data to perform the established tasks, contact the customer, transport goods, reply to instalment requests, and conclude contracts.

We can inform the customer about campaigns using the collected data.

A customer who does not wish to be on our newsletter list can remove themselves from the target audience at any time by sending an email to info@idsys.ee.

To better serve our customers, IDsys OÜ may share customer information with third-party service providers who are contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential. These service providers may include transportation services, accounting services, instalment services, and others.

IDsys OÜ has the right to unilaterally update, specify, and supplement the privacy policy at any time in accordance with the applicable law, notifying the customer of the amendments via the website of IDsys OÜ and/or by e-mail.
